Every Item on TheLuxeArchive is authenticated by LegitGrails before it is listed, through a dual-layer process combining AI-assisted analysis and independent human review. Full details are on our Authentication page.

If an Item is ever determined not to be authentic, we will issue a full refund of your purchase price. There is no time limit on making an authenticity claim. To open a claim, you must provide certificates from two or more independent, reputable authentication services identifying the specific Item as inauthentic. Condition Guarantee

Every Item is graded and described according to our Condition Grading standards. If the Item you receive does not match its listed condition description in a meaningful way, you are entitled to a full refund, supported by time-stamped photos or video taken upon opening the package. We take condition claims seriously and assess each one against the documented condition at the time of listing. If an Item is not what we said it was, you should not have to keep it.

What Is Not Covered

Wear, damage, or condition changes that occur after you receive the Item are not covered. This guarantee applies to the accuracy of what was described and authenticated at the time of listing, not to how an Item ages with use.
